Delivery within Australia
Postage and handling within Australia is $8.00 for per organiser and $1.30 per refill pack. If the item is in stock, we aim to ship your order on the next business day, unless a different shipping time is otherwise stated in item availability. Delivery within Australia is generally 4 -10 working days.
Strictly delivery only - no pick-ups allowed.
Delivery during Christmas, sale periods and for special promotion code offers may take up to two weeks. International orders will take longer.
If your order will take much longer than 7-10 working days, or the time stated on the item availability, you will be contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so. If you have any questions, please email us at admin@babybrain.com.au
International Delivery
Orders for delivery outside Australia are sent by air mail and are charged according to the freight calculator on the checkout page.
At babybrain we're confident you'll be impressed with our organisers and that they appear the same as on our website. We’ll be happy for you to return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase if you are not entirely satisfied. We’re more than happy to replace your item, exchange it for another one, or refund your purchase within 30 days of purchase. Just return your organiser in its original condition with no writing or markings to our warehouse and we will handle the refund for you. Unfortunately shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not refund where you have purchased the item from one of our retailers but only where the purchase has been made on-line from our website.

We accept payment via direct Bank transfer, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal. Visa and Mastercard transactions are processed via our secure website. Refer to security for more details. If you are paying by Mastercard, Visa or Paypal we will ship the item to you straight away, usually the next business day, however if you are paying by Bank transfer, we need to wait for your funds reach our account before we can ship your organiser.
Promotion codes offering free shipping and handling, are for domestic postage within Australia only. They do not include international shipping or Express/Registered Post services. As we generally charge a flat fee of $8.00 postage Australia-wide, the free shipping and handling offer will deduct $8.00 from your total purchase.
If you are an international customer with a free shipping and handling promotion code, you can still use this code to receive $8.00 off your total purchase.
