The babybrain organiser makes sure both you and your baby are looked after.  It has tabs to record medical information and immunisations, as well as handy phone numbers for parenting help lines in your state.  You can track your to do lists, nutrition and plan time out for you.   There’s plenty of room for notes, jotting down memorable moments and even a handy housekeeping planner.

The diary helps you see your day at a glance to plan your appointments, prioritise to do lists and track baby’s routine of feeds and sleep.  With a day per page, there is plenty of room to see all of your activities for the day.  And using an undated style gives you the flexibility of only using the days you want to. It helps you to juggle the balance between work and personal life by focusing on both your own and baby’s wellbeing.

The My Nutrition panel is a checklist to record the number of servings you consume of each of the five food groups per day, being fruit, vegetables, grains & cereals, protein, milk & dairy.  This helps you monitor how well you are eating so you look after yourself.  There is a circle to tick for each serving you consume, and for nursing mothers extra recommended servings are given.  This is all in line with Australian healthy eating guidelines so you will be able to keep your nutrition on track.

The babybrain diary prompts you to enter time for me each day which is so important as many mums forget to give themselves enough time-out.  Whether its just half an hour a day to go out for coffee or sit on the phone to a friend, these little things can help you be a happy mum and keep your batteries charged.  In order to be good at being a good mum, you need to give yourself some time.

There’s also a handy domestic list, to record any housekeeping you need to do and a handy menu planner to plan family meals and dinner plans.  You can use the menu planner to plan ahead and it helps you write your shopping list to ensure you remember all the essentials.

The diary page is the control centre of the babybrain organiser helping you to work out what works for you, your baby and your family.

The routine planner helps you establish and track your baby’s routine by day and night.  By tracking the typical activities of feed, wake and sleep, by simply ticking the corresponding column, you can easily see over a week your baby’s patterns.  You can rate each day and look back to see which routine worked best for you and your baby to try and repeat those patterns.

The medical tab helps you record when your baby is sick and what medicine you have given to her.  You can quickly jot down symptoms and temperature, so that you can remember in the morning when you need to give another dose of medicine, or when you should see your GP.  When you do need to see your GP, you can take along your organiser and show your doctor the symptoms and medications given.

The immunisation planner helps you remember when immunisations are due and plan your appointments.  There is a handy reference to the Australian immunisation schedule and a place to record when you have booked and received your child’s immunisation and any reactions that they had.  Appointments can be transferred into the diary section of the organiser to help you remember when they are due.

The babybrain organiser has a tab to record your baby’s milestones, a place to record your childs age and date of a significant milestone or magical memory.

There is a domestic tab to help you plan your housekeeping activities on a weekly basis so you can write them in the daily dairy.   By trying to organise your week in advance you will be more likely to find quality time for both your baby and yourself.

To complete the organiser there is a contacts page which helps you keep track of all the important numbers you need at hand.  It's a place to add your own numbers as well as the top ten reference numbers for GP, Paediatrician, Obstetrician, local baby clinic, 24 hour parenting help lines, the Australian Breastfeeding Association, your closest hospital , poisons information and your local emergency services.  The 24 hour parent help lines are listed for each state on the reverse of the contacts page.
